Italian Herb and Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes
- 2lbs red or white baby new potatoes
- 1/8-1/4 cup tuscan herb infused olive oil
- Seasonelle herbal salt
- Rosemary or thyme
- Wash and quarter potatoes.
- In a mixing bowl coat potatoes with olive oil and rosemary.
- Transfer to a baking dish/sheet and sprinkle with salt.
- Roast at 375 degrees until tender. (40min.).
