Italian Herb and Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes


  • 2lbs red or white baby new potatoes
  • 1/8-1/4 cup tuscan herb infused olive oil
  • Seasonelle herbal salt
  • Rosemary or thyme


  1. Wash and quarter potatoes.
  2. In a mixing bowl coat potatoes with olive oil and rosemary.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish/sheet and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Roast at 375 degrees until tender. (40min.).
