Olive Oil Ice Cream


  • 1/2 cup VS Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups cream
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp kosher salt


  • Whisk together sugar and milk until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add cream, olive oil, vanilla and salt and blend thoroughly.
  • Pour into ice cream maker and let turn until at least soft served consistency.

Fresh raspberries make a nice garnish with the lemon, but blueberry balsamic is fantastic!
