Olive Oil Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup VS Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Whisk together sugar and milk until sugar is dissolved.
- Add cream, olive oil, vanilla and salt and blend thoroughly.
- Pour into ice cream maker and let turn until at least soft served consistency.
Fresh raspberries make a nice garnish with the lemon, but blueberry balsamic is fantastic!Back to Recipes Print this Page
