Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheet with foil.
- Sprinkle ribs evenly with 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp dried sage. Place ribs on foil lined baking sheet and place in oven. Bake ribs for 2 hours.
- Add blueberries, Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar, fresh thyme, garlic, and smoked salt to a small pot. Bring the contents of pot to a boil, and then cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until bubbling and the berries are blistered. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Blend blueberry mixture until smooth.
- Once ribs are finished, brush generous amount of blueberry balsamic glaze onto the ribs and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove ribs from oven, brush with remaining blueberry sauce, and serve.

- 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- 1 cup of blueberries
