Cooking Instructions
- Remove the stem from the fig and cut it into quarters.
- Place the fig pieces in the bottom of a mixing glass.
- Add the maple syrup and muddle into a paste.
- Add the bourbon, orange juice and balsamic vinegar, and fill the glass with ice.
- Shake and double strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.
- Cheers!

- 1/4 oz maple syrup
- 1 black mission fig
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon of your liking
- 1/2 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
