Green Smoothie

Makes 2 smoothies

This smoothie is a great way to start off your morning and an easy way to eat those nutrient packed greens! Try using different fruits that you have on hand. In my experiments, peaches and maple syrup are the perfect match for kale.

Cooking Instructions

Put all your ingredients in the blender, and blend away, adding more milk if needed. Try using the liquefy setting it will succeed in chopping the kale into the tiniest pieces and give your smoothing a wonderful frothy texture.


  • 2 big leaves of kale
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 peach, or 1/2 a can of peaches
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 TBSP Stonewall Kitchen Pure Maine Maple Syrup or Vita Sana Balsamic Maple Syrup
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 2/3 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk choice)
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon

1 tablespoon(s) Stonewall Kitchen Pure Maine Maple Syrup (or Vita Sana Balsamic Maple Syrup)
1/2 medium Mango
1 total Banana(s)
1/2 can(s) Peaches (or 1 Fresh Peach)
1 cup(s) Spinach
2 large Kale Leaves
1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
